As a licensed real-estate professional since the age of 18 years old, I can truly state – that I am fully committed to this profession,
and I completely value the trust and commitment that my clients and builder partners routinely place in me.
As I have navigated through the various down turns and up turns in the marketplace, I have learned how to decipher the positive and negative aspects of a deal,
and with that – I utilize that absorbent amount of information that I have learned throughout my career and that learned knowledge today, is a big part of my negotiating tactics, which I put to use for the benefit of my trusted clients.
NOT ONLY – do I represent buyers and sellers on real-estate negotiations/transactions, I am an avid real estate investor myself. I have fixed and flipped properties in the San Diego and Orange County markets. I have also designed/built/sold multiple custom homes with sale price points in the 3 million to 5 million range and am presently building in Truckee and Sacramento California.
I have been the agent and I have been the client, and as I continue to further invest in single and multi-unit properties, I continue to gain more knowledge and understand the various complexities in this everchanging marketplace that come up daily, I now understand how to overcome them for my trusted clients, along for my own behalf.
